Has anyone used the octopus proteen skimmer with the bubble king pump on it? I've been looking in to them so I thought I'd ask. I'm looking at SRO-XPINT its a con type but I'm on the fence about it. If anyone knows of  a better skimmer for the money let me know. I'm looking a head for my new 260g so the long track to slowly get every thing begins!   Thanks Eric

How would I know if it had the pump?  I bought an octopus skimmer a couple of weeks ago.  I know that it is not big enough for a 260g tank, but if it was a smaller version of what you are looking for, I could loan it to you to try for a bit if you wanted.  I'm not using it yet.  If that pump is only on the larger units, then I'm sorry to bother you as I don't have it.
