Quite possibly one of the coolest shrimp species out there.

I'd put them second only to Mantis's, which I still want badly.

Very cool shrimp! They can easily be the highlight of a tank.

I've been wanting a pair, but I'm not sure if I want to handle their special dietary needs at this point. Maybe some day.

first, thanks for posting the pics, youngtimothy.  they are fabulous!

second, i had no idea you were a fellow mantis shrimp enthusiast, burks.  they only cost about $10, but shipping is the problem.  if you really want one, try tampabaysaltwater.com.  they always have them in stock.  if you added a cleanup crew or sponges or live rock or whatever, it would defray that shipping cost.

Got really excited when I saw Harley in the title.  I'm a Harley motorcycle rider.  When the page loaded I was in awe. Stunning photos!  And there was no disappointment that this thread wasn't about "bikes".  Again great photos.

I love those little guys, but have never had much luck keeping them.  What are you feeding them?
