I take no credit for this, but just wanted to share with you guys a great recipe that is very easy to do! I made a batch last night and my fish/snails/shrimp go nuts over it.

BTW guys.......make this while the wife is GONE for a at least 4-6 hours. It will make your kitchen smell like a fish factory in the heat of summer (or so says Erica). She wasn't too happy. At least I used the OLD stock pot!

It does make a LOT. I came out with 8 gallon sized bags for about $15. I used mussels from Meijers instead of the liver (couldn't find any). Just tossed in some iron pills to make up for it, along with some vitamin C. OH! And I added a package of frozen butternut squash. My plecos love it raw, figured they'd like it in gel format as well!

I couldn't get to that link, but if it's anything like Gordon's formula-

I was thinking we could book the NOCK. It would be a lot easier with access to a full commercial kitchen. But they're not set up for processing meat ingredients. If they ever are, and someone was thinking of starting a fishfood business it might be a good resource.

Still, though, I wonder if a lab would be a better place to do it than a home kitchen. Maybe the Frank Dick center????
