We have finalized the Toledo Zoo Aquarium behind the scenes tour. It will be held on July 25th at 1:00 pm. There will be one tour of 15 people. Use this thread to sign up and tell us how many people you are bringing.

We will meet at the north entrance to the aquarium which is located on the side of the aquarium that faces Carnivore Cafe.  The tour is free but you will still be responsible for paying admission into the zoo unless you have a zoo membership.

To see pictures from previous zoo tours please check out our photo gallery by clicking here.

Sign up quick as spots are limited to this great event!

Second Tour Added!!

Since the first tour filled up so quickly, the staff at the aquarium has kindly offered a second tour! The second tour will be at 1:00 as well and be limited to 15 people. We will meet at the same entrance though the second group will start the tour at a different end of the building. If you had already posted in this thread as an alternate, you automatically have a spot in the second group.

I want to second that!  If you are in any way not 100% sure you can make it, please make sure one way or the other ASAP, because there are so many people on the "waiting  list" for this every year. We want to let them know ASAP if a spot opens up.

And of course even if you are sure, sometimes things happen last minute-- if that's the case just let us know so we can try to reach the next person in line.

I had the priviledge of attending this last year, and for anyone going this year that hasn't been yet, get ready for an incredible experience!  Seeing the "other side" of the aquarium was very informative, interesting, and inspiring! Have fun and take lots of pics!

I've got fever!
