We need to plan this around Easter Weekend.  I have to figure out when that is and what the best available weekend is to get you guys to all come to the meeting!  Let me know if anyone has any ideas!

I believe Easter is the 8th this year.

The 14th works for me (although I will be at a coin show in Michigan for the morning). Also the last weekend is good as well. The 21st is "iffy".

The 28th is best for me too.  I'm going on a Cub Scout outing the 21st.  I don't know if I could get away with sneaking off for a few hours or not . . .

The 21st won't work for me, out of town at a wedding.
9 out of 10 voices in my head told me to do it.

Thus far its looking like the 28th is going to be the best weekend.  Does anyone have any issues with the 28th?  I want to make a meeting date decission by Friday of this week.

Just out of Curiosity what is the Educational Consulting work you're doing for BP?

Looks like we're finalizing our meeting date on Saturday April 28th at 1pm at the Frank Dick Natural Science and Technology Center.

This seemed to be the best time to gather everyone for a great meeting.

Marine and Freshwater Committees please work at getting agenda items worked out for this meeting and possibly the next meeting if possible.

The majority of what I will be doing is rating their grant applications for a program that affects  some North West Ohio schools and a few other state regions around the country.  Teachers in those areas are awarded grants for class projects and programs.

I hope to gain insight into both ends of the grant award process (writing and reading) plus I am in Texas for four nights

Sounds like it will be very interesting! Heck a vacation to Texas isn't bad either!

Ahh it's just your brother in law... He'll understand...

Let us know when you're available in May so we can make sure you can finally make it to a meeting.
