Just moved to Toledo from Columbus.  I'd like to move some plants in order to rustle up some cash, or, at the very least, keep them from going to waste!  The primary victims are some Java Ferns, Java Moss, and Anubias.

Java Fern: All sizes: large, medium, and plantlets.  Medium and plantlets will go for free, if you pick them up.  $2 donation for the larger ferns.  $5 donation for the largest ferns, each of which will take up most of a gallon-sized ziploc bag.

Java MossFree, if you're (1) just getting started, or (2) want a small bunch the size of your fist.  If you need quite a bit more, $5 donation appreciated.

Anubias:  Pretty ratty (because the best looking ones are in my tanks) but still viable.  Selections include:  A. Bar. Nana, A. Bar. Nana 'Petite' and A. Coff.   $2 donation for the Bar., $3 for the Coff or the Nana.  $5 for any with an exceptinally large rhizome and a lot of leaves.  Free if it's a real hospital case.

If you get to my place and think I've asked too much, we can negotiate.  If you get to my place and think I've been overly generous, feel free to increase your donation to the recently moved.

Send me a Personal Message, and we'll set up a date and time for pickup.

Good deal, Wish i had some money and lived closer i would take you up on the Java Moss, i can never get enough moss! but sadly i am poor and live an hour from Toledo. BTW their are a few FW people here and a Few Planted tank keepers but LOTS more marine keepers. I would try The Swap and Shop area of this site.http://www.plantedtank.net

Welcome to Tracc BTW!
Check out this site, these are some really good people! http://www.wilmasthecause.org/ They helped me out,i feel adding the site to my Sig is the least i can do.

Thanks for the welcomes, everybody!  I've had a few takers on the plants, but there's still a little more to be given away, I think.

All the ferns and moss I have are grown up from original donations by members of www.columbusfishclub.org from about two years ago, so I try to pass along the generosity.  I'll pop up periodically with more of these giveaways when I get overgrown, so if this one doesn't work for you, be sure to check back on the board.

I love lots of variety in my tanks.  I am also setting up another 10gal, that's going to get stocked with plants by my raiding my existing tanks, so new can almost always find a home.

I don't have any spare change at the moment that I can put towards plants, but I will for sure keep an eye on your posts!

Additionally, I love the disc avatar.  I'm rather obsessed with ultimate and/or disc golf, so it's nice to see some respect on the boards.

I have a dog that we recently discovered is some sort of savant when it comes to dock-jumping and frisbee catching!  ... OKOK, so she isn't by any means the best or anything- but her first tries at it have proved to be starting in how good she is for never having done it.  Plus, and the main thing is, she LOVES it.

You have a frisbee dog(s)?  I bet mine would be even BETTER if her momma didn't throw like a disabled freakshow.
