Everything in my tank seems to be doing great, except my ricordia.  it has shrunk to about half its size over the last 9 months.

I'm running pc lighting 192w on a 30 gallon.

I would call it a low flow tank, I have a hob protein skimmer, a hob penguin biowheel 350, and 1 power head that create flow.  The tank is mostly softies and LPS below is the list of corals and fish

4-5 different types of mushrooms,
1 green sinularia
3 different types of zoanthids
hammer coral 3 heads
frogspawn 6-8 heads
xenia
anthelia
green star polyps
1 green bubble tip anemone
1 clarkii clownfish
1 strawberry basslet

anyone have any ideas,  more light, more flow, maybe chemical warfare - I was thinking of increasing the flow and maybe running some carbon in a small reactor.

Frequent water changes? All of these softies may be putting massive amounts of chems in the water. A guess would be warfare. Running carbon and water changes should help w/this. Just my opinion though.

Water params would also help.

I only regularly monitor pH, Alk, temp and SG,  About once a month or when I remember I check NO3, Mg, Ca.

SG: 1.026 measured with refractometer (not calibrated) but varies between topoffs as low as 1.024, I topoff every night.
pH: 8.0 (calibrated pH meter milwaukee)
Temp: 77-79F
Alk: 9dKH
NO3: <12.5ppm
usually my Ca and Mg are on the high side.  My salt seems to keep it there,  Ca :420pmm and Mg: 1300-1320ppm typically - I haven't measured these in a while.

I usually do a 15% water change every 10 -14 days,  maybe 3-4 weeks in the summer months.

I don't dose anything, nor do I add kalk (except to kill the occassional aptasia)

lights are on 9 hrs a day.

Well the light is good, params are fine. I think I would try running some carbon for a week or two and see if it shows any improvement.
