As most of you pretty much know i'm a proud keeper of an ART. When i got him he was about 7 inches in lenght. As of last night when i measured him he is now close to 14 inches so he slowly but surely made it up into the monster fish ranks. nowhere close to buks catfish but getting there. hopefully here soon i will have him moved into his new home and have a new tank setup for him with some new tankmates

There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.

For those of us who are not Monster Fish keepers. What is an ART?

An ART is An Asian Redtail Catfish

heres some pics of him (sorry the quality isn't the greatest he wouldn't hold still long enough to get good pictures and when he did another one of my fish got in the way.)

This is a little bit after i first got him he's about 8 inches or so in this one

He's very cool!  (and I can relate to them NOT holding still long enough!).  Thanks for filling me in on what an ART is, and for posting pix.
