Everyone,

I am in the market for a new canister filter. Which should I go with, one of the Ehiem Eccos or one of the Ehiem Classics? It is a 46 gallon bow front.

I love the Classics, I've never tried the Ecco's. I have Classics on a couple of 29 gallon tanks and my 65 gallon goldfish tank. They're great.

I have an ecco now and love it. The baskets are an added bonus to hold the media and makes maintanance a bit easier in my opinion. I have had a canister in the past.
