Susan TOLD me these guys were wanting to spawn, and she SO wasn't kidding! There's eggs all over the 10gal.   Anime, if you'd like some of these eggs to see if you can hatch them, let me know.

I'd better get my 10gal fry tank cleaned out and set up ASAP. 

The cories are having a marvelous time in the sand-substrate tank.  They seem to be pretty sure that sand is in there for them to dig through and throw around.  I got clever and put some gravel on top of the sand.  Didn't even slow 'em down.  Roommate told me she sat and watched them toss the gravel pebbles all over the place, like it was part of the game.  I ended up putting an additional filter bag in the filter and that's the only reason the tank has any visibility as opposed to looking like an underwater sandstorm.

I never had more than two cories in a tank before, I never realized they are some playful fish!

Ha ha ha!  Those are some happy catfish!

how big are the adults? i have never raised eggs before but it might be good practice for angel breeding if i would have to take care of eggs.....

They ate the eggs.  Oops.  Next time she deposits eggs I'll get them out of there sooner.
