I came across this thread on reef central I think it's a must see. there are alot of great threads under the snorkel/scuba list. I really need to go here maybe we can arange a group discount!

I just got done looking at that on RC. Very nice pics. That is on my list of things to do before I die.

cool pics! i was actually supposed to be in australia right now....and in the great barrier reef. it was for school..for this people to people thing...you have to be really smart and like all of your tachers have to nominate you. it was for 21 days, but it was going to be like $10,000 to go and you stay with a family...i wish i could have gone, but we don't have that kind of money. the people told us to ask for donations, but i didn't think anyone would give.....

Will you have a chance next year? I'd be willing to help you with some fund raising ideas to try to raise the money. You'd be surprised at how many people and businesses are wiling to donate to good causes.

i might, but it is different every summer. like 3 years ago it was ireland and stuff...but i think you can choose sometimes...australia is my favorite place in the world. i have always wanted to go there, so i was really upset when i couldn't go...

After seeing some threads on RC, I almost want to go dive the Red Sea more so than the Great Barrier Reef! That place is just as amazing!
I want those yellow tabletop Acros from the Red Sea.
