Follow the old addage "You get what you pay for" unless your buying used cheap, that when new wasnt cheap!

In my experience with PC bulbs, the cheap ones don't last as long and break easier (thinner glass maybe?). I've been running the same Coralife 6700k bulb over my 10g FW tank for like two years now, in 1/4 that time I went through three JBJ or Jebo (can't remember which) bulbs. All three just "died" for no reason.

Just watch the 50/50 bulbs. Mine have a 10k/purple actinic combo. Kind of icky in my opinion. I think they make 50/50 with 10k/blue actinic.
