This is a pm survey for an up coming article in the newsletter.
I would like to hear your top five best reads related to the aquarium hobby.
some are must reads because of their knowledge but are not very fun to read such as the Sprung Trilogy on reef keeping. That first one is better than somenex sleeping tablets
So note if you consider it a must because of its content or because it is enjoyable to read or both for that matter.
I would like both fresh and salt keepers to share and will seperate for the article
I would will nominate the Sprung books (as one) Aquarium Corals by Boreman as another and finally reef invertebrates by Calfo as must reads for the reef tank keeper.
Pm me your list and/or share a bit of it here.

I'll share here. I think every reef keeper should have a subscription to Coral Magazine, and buy all the available back issues as possible. This Magazine is incredible with the indepth articles on one specific topic per Quarter. Its well worth the money. I know I subscribed through Amazon.com and I got the Amazon.com credit card because they give you $30 off on your first purchase for me which was a years subscription to Coral Magazine that in the end only cost me like $5.

Scott, what event in your childhood created such need to be difficlult? Briney said a pm survey. If we post in this thread, the newsletter article won't be quite as interesting since it will then be redundant!? Geez!!

Hey Briney-
I sent you my picks. Some are fun, and some are good references, all freshwater.

Okay, guilt works with me. I sent mine, but I was only able to do it by ignoring the "five" part of "your top five aquarium must reads." Although, If you count the brackish book as in a category all its own, and "Volumes one, two, and three" as one book, it was only five.
