I up load them to photo bucket, resize them to message board size, left click on the picture  that I want in MY ALBUM , when the picture comes up I right click on it ,copy then paste it in my post. there may be an easier way but this is how I do it. the img tags dont work for me on this site. if  you copy and paste right from MY ALBUM instead of making the picture actual size you get a small picture in your post.    hope this helped and your not more confused.

I've found that sometimes when the image link from photo bucket doesn't work, that using picture trail will.  I have no idea why.
