Before I read a thread, my eyes automatically locate the author, or being more specific his or hers username. Every single one sounds incredibly unusual and exotic. Is that some relation between a real person behind and his or hers username?

I will be the first one to share my sweet secret with TRAC family.

In fact in my case will be very easy to clarify. For some reason guppies, were my first fish from early happy childhood which I breed at this time, and obviously my real name eugene. So , Guppgene.

Mine is a little similar to buks basicly my seinor year or high school i had a teacher who was trying to write my name down for a show in our theater for me to work. in doing so she mispelled my name and left out the a in my name and from then on everyone that knew about it started calling me dune instead of my real name.

There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.

That's how my uncle Hump got his nickname.  It was given to him as a baby.  His real name is Colonel.

Mine is just the beginning of my e-mail address.

It was too hard to yell Burkhart across the football field so my coach shortened it to Burks.

Rarely do I ever have anyone call me by Craig, which is fun by me! It's been that way for about 8 years.

Mine is my first initial & maiden name, and the year that I graduated from college.  It is my email address and everything else, so I never changed it when I got married.

Morgan ;) Lots of invert tanks!

When I first got online I was hanging out with this guy who volunteered with the primates at the zoo.  He told me that they used a Swahili dictionary to name the Gorillas. He used to call me "idiot" all the time(there's reasons we quit hanging out) and said he looked up idiot in the Swahli dictionary and it was "punda."  We tried to get that as the screenname for our first AOL account, but it was taken, so we went with PundaMJ, for Mary and Jeff.

When I quit hanging around with him and got my own AOL account I dropped the J because I had basically dropped him.

I wish I'd have thought of something more clever or representative.

Mary(to this day not sure if Jeff was making all that up about the dictionary)

Mary I've got a mind like a steel....Ohh! Shiny! ::::wanders off::::

RJ'S Aquarium Stands. "RJS" easy enough, "8540" my house number. I use to use "Jewels" because I had a pair of Red Jewel Cichlids that were breading like rabbits, at one time I had over 600 Jewel Fry, so Jewels it was.

My screenname is because of the cars I used to have.  I used to have a Chrysler 300 with 22" rims and before that I had a Cadillac Escalade with 22s.  I have since learned not to have anything nice cause people will try and take it and its not worth it.  I really could use a new screen name.

Mine is just an old high-school nickname and the year I started my email account.  I'd like to change it, but I'm too dumb to remember it!
