I don't stick to one particular food nor brand. I have a smorgusborg of different foods and different brands. I usually switch them on and off for ever feeding alternating.

I follow a similar path. Currently I am using ORA "glow" for most of the dry and home-made meaty foods with shrimp, flounder, clam, and garlic. I use Coral Frenzy and Kent Zoaplex for the corals

I don't stick with one brand either, I like to feed a variety. Some brands I like are Hikari, New Life Spectrum, and Sera. I feed a lot of Hikari. I use their frozen & freeze dried foods, and algae wafers.

Baby Brine Shrimp are extremely precious source of food for early stages of fresh and salt water fish. There are very small, size of 450 microns, but full of crude protein 55% and fat, vitamin E, some essential fatty acids including omega-3. BBS are highly recommended for guppies.

For my one and only cichlid (German Blue Ram) I feed him mainly frozen blood worms by different companies (I haven't found one to be better than another). He'll eat flake but I try to keep him on a healthier diet so his colors stay bright.

I always bought the bulk food from Gary's, not sure what it was. For my clowns I use Omega and Ora glow, and as far as frozen, SF Bay Bloodworms and Krill for my BGKs

I feed my fish only one product New Life Spectrum.
Read the website at http://nlsfishfood.com/
All of my breeders where I purchase my fish feed NLF and they say it's the only food required.
I know from my saltwater days that my fish thrived on it.
That's my 2 cents
