Thanks guys for the explanations! SOMEday I do want a marine tank, so I'm lurking and observing and trying to pick this stuff up.

The sand is in! Glad I went a little light at 50lbs, it covers the bottom just fine. Good stuff too. Smells like the ocean and is sugar fine.
Will be firing up my Red Sea Berlin (older style I am told) skimmer tonight to clear the water up. For an older design, it sure does pull a lot of gunk!

Protein skimmer in action. Does a rather fine job I must say. Running a little wet since I have it in the tank rather than out but it cleared up my water in about 15 minutes.

Got some coral in:
Yellow Polyps (with some brown Button Polyps on it)
Orange Ricordia
Blue Ricordia
Green Ricordia
Tyree Ponape Birdsnest
Pink Birdsnest
Pink Pocillopora
Acan Lords
Purple/blue Chalice
Capenella
Dragon Eye Zoanthids
Whammin Watermelon Zoanthids
Brown with mint green center Button Polyps
Pink Palys (can't remember their "special name")
GSP (3 kinds)
Swaying Polyps
Glove Polyps
Two different Singapore Rhodactis Shrooms
Brown Mushrooms (bleached)
Devils Hand
Green/red Favia (sometimes called a Santa Favia I think)
Orange with green polyps Scroll Coral (bleached)
Zoot Suit Palys
Two other kinds of Button Polyps (brown with green edges)
Rainbow Palys (bleached to heck and back)
More from my pico to frag tank to come.
90% of these will be available to club members in our new program which will be starting shortly. Stay tuned for that!
Edit: Figured I'd add some parameters to the list.
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5 (again, API test kit....)
Temp: 78-80
Salinity: 1.025
I've been getting roughly 1.5g of evaporation per day. Just added 3g and it brought it right back to the original line.

Burks I know you were going to purchase a frag (You still can) of my pulsing Xenias (Pom-Poms). Sinceyou are starting a new program, I would like to donate one to the cause. I can surely get it to you at the swap at Matt's house in May. If not let me know and we'll meet up somewhere.

I won't be able to make it to the swap in May. I'm heading to Wooster for a large coin show that I missed last year (anyone know some shops in the area?).
Thanks for the offer Bray! I will surely take you up on that. There is a section about 16x16 saved for TRAC frags only (my pico will be the secondary holding area).

As requested:

Still having some sand shifting problems but that's ok. Skimmer isn't producing much now since I only have a single fish in there with really, really light feeding for now.
