I decided to purchase a couple of lottery scratch off tickets.  I gave them to my girlfriend to scratch off because I never win much if anything from them.  She scratched one off and got nothing.  She started scratching the second one off and it revealed a $ a 2 and a 0 at first.  So we figured $20 at least it pays for lunch.  Then the zeros kept going.  Holy cow we had a $20,000 winner!!!  That's not a typo - twenty thousand dollars.  Needless to say I am a happy camper.

So what to do with the winnings... I wish I could say I was going to build a kick butt reef with it, but the priorities don't include that.  First priority is saving for a house so the bulk of it will be going there.  The one thing I may splurge on is purchasing a new gun for the collection.  I should be receiving about $14,000 after taxes.

Wow, congrats! That's probably one of the largest wins I've ever seen someone get from a scratch off. Enjoy.

Lucky day!!

Enjoy it to the max my pal.  Not sure if you have a set up right now.  I know you were in the middle of changing things.  Salty Critter has a great cube kit for around 2K that comes with everything including live rock but r/o water and looks amazing

that would sure get you back in to coral keeping big time!!

I love spending other people's money LOL

So far it has been not so much joy.  I'm getting to hate house hunting.
