I'm getting ready to place my order with Big Als. Do I really need that big of a return pump as a Mag 9.5? Or could I just get the Mag 7? I was looking at the Quiet One 300 too, because I've seen that recommended on a couple of other forums.

I used Quiet One on my 60gallon tank. Its been running great for 7 years no problems and still has great flow.

Ok great, I think I will go ahead and get the Quiet One 3000 then. I've heard lots of people recommend them. Thanks :)

Alright, well $300 later I should have a giant order coming sometime next week. But I got everything that I need for the tank, plus some new filters & heaters for my breeding tanks. I got 2 bags of the Aragonite oolitic sand, 60 lbs total. I also got the Quiet One 300 return pump, and I think I am going to use the Jager Heater instead of the Visi-therm stealth. I've already got the stealth, but it is in my 20 gallon tank. I feel much more comfortable with the Jagers because I have used them for years, so I think I will use the Jager in the saltwater tank. I also got the Seachem Saltwater master test kit, and a bunch of odds & ends. Hopefully I can get the tank drilled soon and get it up and running
