RJ,
You're welcome. That's the least I can do since you custom built the most awesome canopy a gal could wish for and spent hours helping install my new lighting equipment. If you like using that pond foam so much, I have an overflow box you can re-spray (for those of you who don't know... I accidentally separated my foam from my overflow by monkeying and wrestling with the box - trying to place it back in my tank... uggg... it had colored nicely over the past few months). I'm not looking forward to re-spraying the overflow box because pond foam and I are NOT friends. Got a ton on my hands last weekend and couldn't get it off (tried nail polish remover, goo gone and some orange stuff Mary had). Resorted to a dremel drill which worked wonders in removing the foam, but beat the @#*$ out of my hands! Words to those of you who decide to take this course of action... wear gloves as directed!

Hey Kimber, I don't have any Black Foam on my hands, so I won't need to resort to a dremel.

I made some time to get back to my project, and decided not to do a closed loop, but I did make use of the SCWD with my return pump.
Here are a few pics
Left end installed

Right end

Of course the back

Waiting patiently while I finish the new digs

Done, the wave action is pretty cool, although I haven't timed it. It seems to change direction about every 5 seconds

Thanks, BuK. The return pump has a 3700 l/hr about 950 gallons/hr. flow rate, but since it flows from 2 spray heads now instead of the 1 I had originally the flow is a bit less intense.

Good to hear that you like it.
I'm looking at one now since they're only $40. Probably be pushing about the same amount of flow as you are. Return flow, for me, isn't that big of an issue. I'll use Koralia's for the flow. What I want is the alternating flow.

Oops, I forgot to put in a vent hole in the plumbing and ended up flooding the sump last night. I've since fixed the problem.
No more floods
