Introduction
Mine has a seperate ballast for each of the light sets. I can unscrew the hood from the actual little transformer (ballast) and switch them around. Maybe you have a newer version then I do

The ballast are notorius for going out on them. Have you tried swapping the ballast out to see if that is the problem?
